WKF Canada Officials Training

WKF Canada – World Kickboxing Federation generally hosts one Officials Training session per year, usually within the first months of the year.

WKF Canada – World Kickboxing Federation encourages officials to be active within the country and provides officials a gateway to also attend international training, along with international officiating opportunities.

All national licenses F, E, and D will be given by the local head referee of the country after the annual referee seminar. These licences are valid for 12 months and must be extend once a year.

The international licences C and B will be given directly from the IRC Head referee after the international referee seminar. These licences have to be confirmed from the IRC committee and are valid for three years. All international referees are solely responsible to extend their licences at least every third year.

The A license and the A1 Supervisor licence will be given only by majority decision from the IRC committee, valid only with confirmation from WKF head office. These licences are valid for three years. All international A class referees and Supervisors are solely responsible to extend their licences at least every third year

International referee and judge: Minimum age 18 Years, member in national WKF federation, national D license, attend international seminars, basic knowledge of English language is compulsory.
